Voice Actor of ‘Charlie Brown’ Dead at 65

Peter Robbins, the voice actor of the famous cartoon character “Charlie Brown”, has passed away at the age of 65 in Carlsbad, CA. He was just 9 years old when he got the part to play Charlie. “Peanuts” is one of the most iconic cartoon shows ever and most of us remember it from childhood.

Robbins has struggled against mental illness and addiction as well as the law in his life. In a statement with FOX 5 San Diego in 2019, Robbins stated:
“I would recommend to anybody that has bipolar disorder to take it seriously because your life can turn around in the span of a month, like it did to me…I came out of prison and I’m a better person for it. I’m much more humble and grateful and thankful that I lived through the experience. “
His family and loved ones are asking for privacy during this tough and troubling time.
