Originally sang by the group Pink Martini, Carlos Santana made his own cover version with Lila Downs, Niña Pastori & Soledad on the vocals. It was included in his twenty second studio album, “Corazón” which was released on May 6, 2014.

Pink Martini was a musical group founded in 1994 and their songs go anywhere from jazz to classic and pop. They were formed in Portland, Oregon and they were often described as a “little orchestra.” Their debut album called “Sympathique” was a global hit. In 2000, during France’s Victoires de la Musique Awards, they were nominated for “Song of the Year” and “Best New Artist.”
